This is no-frills mower is a good value and offers several handy features

Don't let the price fool you. The GreenWorks MO40L2512 21" Cordless Lawn Mower offers a lot of bang for the buck. With a price tag of smaller models, this 21" model is priced lower thanks in part to its 40V battery. So while this model doesn't have that higher power 80V battery some of the higher-priced options in this category, it remains a solid choice if you want a 21" battery-powered, cordless walk-behind mower on a budget. In terms of features, we especially like the on-board battery storage so if you run out of charge while mowing, you can easily swap the battery out without heading back into the garage or shed. That's handy. So if you're just mowing dry grass and don't try to tackle thick patches of weeds, the 40V battery could be all you need. This mower also has a feature called Innovative Smart Cut which automatically increases the speed of the blade when more power is needed, so that should help when going over thicker patches of grass. Other great features are the 7-position height adjustment, steel deck, and instant start. Overall a good mower that will get the job done for most users.
